Grove ADU

After the Altadena fire destroyed the existing garage, the home and surround trees endured. Grove ADU rebuilds on that footprint with a new garage and dwelling above, shaped around the landscape that survived. A covered terrace and exterior stair extend the upper-level living space outdoors, while warm wood, soft stucco, and simple forms create a quiet connection to the established home and grove.
